At Denim Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your coffee or merchandise.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged goods or incorrect shipments, please attach a clear photo of the items and the packaging to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will ship out your replacement beans immediately or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
