PRODECOOP is a cooperative organization made up of 38 separate co-ops, totalling up to 2,300 small producers, 27% of whom are women. The organization sponsors multiple initiatives ranging from education for producers to women's health screenings. Their dedication to their coffee and people is translated to the cup with notes of brown sugar, amaretto, and chocolate.

About Nicaraguan Coffee:
Nicaraguan green coffee is known for its smooth, well-rounded flavor profiles, often featuring notes of chocolate, nuts, citrus, and mild fruit. With high altitudes combined with a tropical climate and fertile volcanic soils, Nicaragua offers ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality Arabica varieties. Coffee farming in Nicaragua is largely driven by small to medium-sized farms, many of which practice shade-grown and organic methods. The country has made significant strides in sustainable agriculture, with many producers embracing environmentally friendly harvesting techniques.
